Overview
R Winter Tooling is a modern design & engineering business based in Rochester, Kent.

We design and manufacture tooling systems, checking & assembly fixtures for the Military, Aerospace, Automotive and Renewable Energy industries. On top of this we have capicity and capabilities that allow us to produce customers own products in small and large volumes.
Capabilities and Specialism
We specialize in machining a broad spectrum of materials including Aluminum, Mild Steel, Stainless Steel, Tool Steel to 70 HRC, Plastics, PU and Epoxy Tooling Boards, Composites and Carbon Fibre. Please note all the services that we provide.

Our team consists of experienced CAD (Catia V5) and CAM engineers using a number of 5 axis machines (up to 3.5 m) along with a variety of machining centres (up to 2.1 m)

These attributes and facilities allow us to produce tooling to a very high standard from initial in house design all the way through to manufacture and inspection.
